The municipality keeps a list, but it is not public in any useful way, so if you want to know who is responsible you ask around and hope.

Reading through the land bank pages here, it looks like the county holds a real register, with parcel numbers and status attached to each one. That is the part I have no equivalent for.

Two questions from someone who only watches this from outside. Does the register cover structures, or only land? And when a building is unsafe and the owner cannot be found, how long does it normally take before the county can act on it?
