I have a small business and I need some basic AI generated images for social media and a few short product descriptions, but I am on a tight budget, so I have been looking at those five to twenty dollar AI service gigs on freelance platforms, and I am wondering if anyone here has actually tried them, and if the quality was decent enough for everyday use, or did you end up with unusable stuff that you had to completely redo, and how do you tell which sellers are legit and which ones are just going to waste your time and money? Would really appreciate honest experiences before I spend anything.

For my small business, I needed AI generated images and product descriptions on a tight budget. Gave those fixed-price AI services from $5 a shot. Found a seller with good ratings and a solid portfolio. Paid ten bucks. Got five images and three descriptions. The images were fine after one small fix. The descriptions needed light editing but saved me hours. Not amazing quality, but totally usable for social media. Test one small order first. If it is bad, you only lose a few bucks. If it works, order more.
